Yes, you can! The soundbar automatically connect to your TV remote when you connect the soundbar using HDMI ARC output.

Does the Satelite speakers need adapter or wires connected to subwoofer or sound bar?

NO, you will not be needing any cable or adapter connected in between any speakers, up to 6 hours life. The speakers are connected and paired automatically.

Can you control the subwoofer independently?

Yes, you can control bass through the remote. You will see the Bass level up/down on the front speaker LED lights. There is no physical button on the wireless subwoofer itself.
