► D’Addario Strings – We installed D’Addario EXP16 Coated Phosphor Bronze strings – Just tune up to pitch and you’re ready to play! D’Addario Strings are very popular and any guitar player would recommend it.

► TUSQ Compensated Saddle – The Saddle in this Guitar is TUSQ’s. In most beginner guitars , the saddle is made out of plastic. The saddle directly influences the tone and sound of the guitar as it is in direct contact with the strings!

► The Bridge is made out of Walnut, just like the fingerboard that was mentioned earlier.

► Tuners: High Precision, Geared, die-cast chrome covered.

► What is a truss rod?

The term “truss rod” is used to define the steel bar that runs along a guitar’s neck.

The adjustment screw is located inside the sound hole, as shown in the image to the left.

Using the Hex Key you get with this purchase, you’ll be able to adjust the strings action (The distance between the strings and fingerboard).

Turning the screw clockwise will bring the strings closer to the fingerboard while turning it counter-clockwise will take the strings further away from the fingerboard.
