How to Use

Freeze with Deep Grooves Up

Freeze the pack with deep grooves facing upward, to create an optimal ice core.

Shaken, not Stirred

As ice core melts during use, fidget and reorient the pack to direct gel flow, for selective cooling. Shake the pack like a cocktail shaker, to chill flowing gel with the ice core.

Designated Bulging Area

Bulges may form in designated areas (wavy insulating ridges) when the pack is frozen upright. This is harmless, and may even be preferred by some. To remediate, melt gel completely, and refreeze pack with deep groves up.
