The contemporary Double Bass set produces a brighter sound and is lower tension than the Traditional Double Bass set. The set gathers regular double bass tuning strings (G, D, A, E). Additional 5th and 6th strings, a low B and a high C, are available as singles.

Kaplan Premium Dark Rosin is packed in an attractive case, designed for easy one-handed use. A dial at the bottom of the case allows the rosin to be turned, to avoid creating a groove, if desired.

Kaplan Premium Rosin is formulated using the original Kaplan recipe, which produces less dust, helping to keep the instrument cleaner.
